Justin Roberts – Managing Partner

Justin grew up in Syracuse, Kansas, before moving to Texas to attend the University of Texas at Arlington. He and his wife now call McKinney home, where they’re raising their two wonderful children.

Since beginning his insurance career in 2017, Justin has developed a strong passion for helping people make confident, informed decisions about their coverage. He takes pride in finding the right balance between value and protection, ensuring his clients receive quality coverage that fits their needs and budget. Known for his approachable nature and dedication, Justin builds lasting relationships through honesty, reliability, and personalized service.

Robert Lenore – Managing Partner

Raised in Farmersville, Robert is a proud Texan with strong roots and a passion for helping others. After graduating from Texas Tech University, he met his beautiful best friend—now his wife—and together they’ve built a life in McKinney, Texas. When he’s not serving clients, Robert enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his family, embracing all the adventures life has to offer.

Jason Kennedy – Senior Agent

Jason has spent most of his adult life in the insurance industry. After graduating from Texas State University in 1999, he began his career in 2002 and has been an independent agent since 2006. Known for his personal approach, Jason has built a loyal client base by taking the time to understand each client’s needs and goals.

A lifelong DFW native, Jason has called Frisco home for the past 20 years. He and his wife, Amy, have been married for over two decades and have two children—Barrett, a college football player at Stetson University, and Sloane, a high school junior at Wakeland High. When he’s not helping clients, Jason enjoys supporting his kids’ sports and giving back to the community through his involvement with the Wakeland Booster Club and local organizations.

Stephanie Thomas - Agent

After 17 years in North Texas, Stephanie proudly considers herself a true Texan. She and her husband make their home in Melissa, where they’re raising three wonderful children and are deeply involved in their local community.

Stephanie brings a genuine passion for helping others to her role at Amity Insurance Group. She understands that insurance is about more than just policies—it’s about protecting families, homes, and futures. With a focus on building lasting relationships, Stephanie takes the time to listen, educate, and guide her clients toward coverage that fits their unique needs.

Ashley Cody is a proud Fort Worth native with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since beginning her career in 2010, she has been dedicated to helping clients find the right coverage to protect their families and meet their individual needs. Known for her warm personality and commitment to exceptional service, Ashley values the lasting relationships she builds with her clients.

Family is at the heart of everything Ashley does. She loves spending time with her children, whether it’s baking together, working on crafts, or heading out on a family trip. Darla Pricer - Administrative Assistant

Darla Pricer was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but has called Texas home nearly all her life. Raised in Humble and now settled in the DFW area, she began her insurance career in 2019 and earned her Property & Casualty license in 2021. Darla is dedicated to helping Texas families feel confident and supported in their coverage decisions.

Family is at the heart of who she is. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, gardening, and tackling puzzles in her free time—bringing that same warmth and care into the way she serves clients every day.
